Video: Lightning Swords of Death's "Baphometic Chaosium"

This is only a hypothesis but I bet that if the centaurs, satyrs and other mystical, elvish creatures in Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings were played by descendents of Rob Halford and members of Judas Priest instead of the Aerosmith spawn Liv Tyler and other various blonde actors, this is what it would have looked like.

The official video for Lightning Swords of Death’s title track “Baphometic Chaosium” pulls out every stop from the black metal playbook: spikes, chokers, pentagons, naked goat-headed women, maniacal laughter, sacrifices, unreadable ancient language–and all in black and white, nonetheless. Combined with the pulverising blast beats and frightful shrieks and growls we’ve grown to expect from lead vocalist Autarch, this is one you are not going to want to miss:

Also feel free to refresh your memory with our premiere of the single “R’lyeh Wuurm” from two weeks ago. The album comes out TODAY via Metal Blade Records.
