Pelican have released the new track “Deny the Absolute”, due on their 7″ of the same name available on 8/20 via The Mylene Sheath. The new song comes ahead of the release of Forever Becoming, the band’s new LP due via Southern Lord on October 15th. Stream the previously released “Immutable Dusk” from that effort below.

As discussed, Pelican will play two nights in NYC as part of the Invisible Oranges CMJ Showcase, scheduled for October 17th and 18th. The shows are the first shows for the band in NYC in four years, and the first of a larger set of dates.
