Stella Natura 2013 lineup announced

Norway’s Wardruna, Gorgoroth’s Nordic-folk cousins (featuring Gaahl!), will headline the second installation of Stella Natura: The Light of Ancestral Fires along with Finland’s Arktau Eos and UK doom crew Esoteric, who will be making their US debut. Presented by the carefully-curated label Pesanta Urfolk, the festival will run from September 20-22 in California’s Tahoe National Forest on a privately owned 160-acre resort. That means camping and so on, and from the lineup and a promo video (viewable below) with footage from last year’s festival, a heavy emphasis on pagan spirituality. Other highlights include Hexvessel (caught at SXSW), StarGazer, Loss, Velnias, Hell and Worm Ouroboros. I feel bad for the local wildlife, which is going to get blasted.
