Rob Halford tours...the awards circuit

Seeing Rob Halford at awards shows cracks me up. There’s him taking on “Jersey Shore”‘s Snooki at the Grammys; him being the only shred of dignity in the trailer for Revolver‘s Golden God Awards; and him at the GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Media Awards alongside Sofia Vergara and Cat Cora (I had to look up who they were). (See above.)

Part of this is the usual shock of seeing any metaller dressed to the nines. But I’m also glad to see Halford as a well-spoken ambassador for metal. Many other famous metallers would do much worse on the red carpet.
