Pentagram to Perform Without Bobby Liebling
Influential US doom act Pentagram announced this afternoon via Facebook that they would perform their four upcoming East Coast dates without founding vocalist Bobby Liebling. The Facebook post on the band's official page says the change is "Due to circumstances that are beyond anyone’s control, that are a direct result of Bobby Liebling’s personal actions". Guitarist Victor Griffin will take on vocal duties.
The post also includes references to public health solutions for addiction. While the post does not directly state that addiction is the cause of this change of circumstances, Liebling's struggle with addiction are well documented, and the primary focus of the documentary 'Last Days Here'.
Those dates are as follows
April 20th - Baltimore MD,
April 21st Richmond VA,
April 22nd New York City
April 23rd, Cambridge MA
