We’re pleased to once again team up with Signature Riff to present Blind Idiot God, Gnaw, Rhyton and Oneirogen at the Paper Box in Brooklyn this Saturday, March 7. The show is the record release show for Blind Idiot God’s new album Before Ever After—their first since 1992’s Cyclotron—which is coming out on Indivisible Music, a brand new label from Blind Idiot God guitarist Andy Hawkins. Give a listen to two new tracks from the album below.

This one will be an all New York City lineup. Blind Idiot God has called the city home for a couple of years now, and it will be interesting to hear their often-epic instrumental noise rock alongside the claustrophobic and crushing noise terror churned out by Gnaw. There’s a link between the two bands—Gnaw vocalist Alan Dubin shared the stage with Tim Wyskida when the two were part of the now dissolved doom group Khanate along with Stephen O’Malley of Sunn O))). Rhyton often look to Greece for their hypnotic psychedelic instrumental rock, and Oneirogen is no stranger to IO shows, having shared his looping, building and otherworldly guitar compositions with us a number of times over the past few years.

We hope you make it out. Tickets for the show are $10 bucks in advance and $13 at the door. Keep up to date with any announcements on our social media pages and at the show’s Facebook page.
