Hinder contest/Pushead giveaway results

Here are the results of the “Hinder or metal?” contest/Pushead book giveaway. (May their names never appear in the same sentence again.)

Readers THRILLHO_use, Damien, and Hellsfingers tied for #1 with 8 out of 10 correct answers. Evidently they know Hinder’s music deeply and intimately. THRILLHO_use won in a random drawing.

All contestants got at least one answer right. Nearly a third of them got the most common score, 4 out of 10. Reader dschalek guessed randomly without listening and scored a 5, which outclassed 71% of the field.

In other words, most people couldn’t tell the difference among Hinder, Edguy, and Sentenced – at least for a few riffs.  Numbers 7, 9, and 10 got the most correct guesses.  Here are the answers.
