Coliseum - 7", LP repress, art print, more
Lots of news from the Coliseum camp:
Deathwish, Inc. is accepting pre-orders for Coliseum’s “True Quiet/Last Wave” 7″. The first 1000 copies have fancy packaging with an outer vellum cover. The 7″ alone is $5. For $15, it comes with a t-shirt featuring artwork by John Dyer Baizley of Baroness. The pre-order pages contain audio and visual previews.
Frontman Ryan Patterson, a noted graphic designer, has debuted his first official art print, “Modern Problems.” (Shown above, click to enlarge.) Specs: 18×24″ screenprint, water-based ink on 100 lb. French Speckletone Starch Rain paper, signed/numbered edition of 50. It’s available here.
No Salvation (Relapse, 2007, reviewed here) has been repressed on vinyl. 350 copies are on “Blood & Urine” colored vinyl, 150 on “Oil & Gasoline” colored vinyl. Ogle and order these flavors here.
Coliseum heads out on a two-month tour starting 3/20. On 3/23, they join up with Converge, Ceremony, Rise and Fall, and Pulling Teeth. From 3/30 – 4/08, their tourmates are the Young Livers.
