Phil Anselmo is underrated as a guitarist. He won’t win any awards, but I like the snotty skronk of his playing. Greg Ginn and Piggy-gone-punk come to mind.
In two weeks, he and Mike IX Williams, Hank III (who is underrated as a drummer), and Collin Yeo will bomb through the American South as Arson Anthem. (See dates and hear tracks below.) Accompanying them are Housecore labelmates haarp and Warbeast. (We premiered a haarp track here.) That’s a ton of firepower.
We’re giving away a pair of tickets good for any stop on this tour.
