Kvelertak

Kvelertak is Norwegian for “stranglehold,” which considering their live show, makes sense. The band joined Cancer Bats and Black Tusk for a sold-out show at the Studio at Webster Hall on Friday night (May 17th), the last week of a month-long tour that has taken the band all over the U.S. and Canada. The Studio at Webster Hall is a small stage for a 6 piece, but band members of the band spent so much time crowd surfing, walking on the audience, hanging from the light rigs and running up and down the bar that they were all only onstage about half the time anyway.
