You could tell by the studs, Discharge/Infest/Framtid tees, charged hair and random fistfights that punk had taken over the Acheron in Brooklyn on Saturday night (June 8th). The show, a six-band bill of everything from ear-shattering war punk to melodic punk rippers, featured a rare headlining set from Career Suicide, the Canadian gang featuring a member of Fucked Up. Packed to the gills, stagediving and singalongs seemed mandatory.
