Exclusive Album Stream: Putridity's "Ignominious Atonement"

With only eight swift songs on their new LP Ignominious Atonement, Italy’s Putridity don’t mess around when it comes to destructive death metal. Musicality aside, even their track titles would definitely please death metal O.G.’s like Cannibal Corpse with names like “Conceived Through Vermination” and “Dead Festering Drainage.”

The band’s second album for Willowtip Records, bassist Alessandro Cravero describes the record as such:

Ignominious Atonement is still Putridity style plus more obscure musical and lyrical approach. The album is a concept based upon “Eraserhead” by David Lynch, and is basically focused on conception. Since we had some line up problems, the recording sessions were not really “organic,” we’re satisfied about the final result though. The bad taste will be back again soon stronger than ever.”

Coming out on August 28, we have an early listen laid to waste before you below.
