That is a damn fine record. So fun!
Sounds like the album that I would expect to be released between their debut and “Diamonds”. Great album, anyway, that’s for sure!
Good, but I suspect this band will never write another song as good as “Walk With Me.”
The uptempo tracks on this record are far superior to those on “Diamonds.” They contain many fewer generic hard rock riffs. This record also benefits from the significantly broadened range of textures and dynamics. “Silent Hour – The Conjugation” runs away with top honors.
That fucking ruled, and makes Holy Grail’s new one seem more than a little silly by comparison. I loved “Into the Night,” but never got around to listening to “Diamonds.” This one is easily a must-purchase.
Incredible. On my second play now and constantly amazed. As expected I suppose.
It hilarious how Enforcer’s “Satan” is just an amalgam of “Phantom Lord” & “Hit The Lights” by Metallica.
